• Out with the old, in with the new!

  That has seemed to be the theme this week. Since I've been home I've been cleaning out my room of old things that I will never use anymore. I figured if I haven't seen or worn it in a few months, then I'm probably not going to anytime soon. It felt good to get rid of some of the junk that's been piling up. It's better to do it now then when I move out of the home for good. Speaking of home, it's a mess! Half the kitchen floor is ripped up, the carpet in the living room is very dirty, and a lot of furniture is taken out. This is because my dad is getting new carpeting and flooring done across the house, and he's getting the walls painted. He also got a bunch of trees cut down and is also getting a new roof. It will probably be like this all summer..

  I work in a couple hours, shadowing today. From what I've been hearing though is that they've kinda been stingy on hours. That's not good for me! Well, at least I have SOMETHING, but it's still discouraging to know that. I think Gustavo is having similar problems at The Gap.

  Since I've been home I've also got the chance to hang out with old friends. Spending the night at Elly's was awesome. We baked brownies and made pizza and talked the night away. The following day we shopped around different stores, so fun! I saw Susie a few days ago and we made amazing food and then at night the family had a bonfire and we made smores.

  That's all I have to say for now. Hopefully will update soon with something more exciting then my everyday boring life  =P
