Many events as of late
If you've read my last entry about a week ago it said that I got a new full time job for the summer. It's my first full time job, and wow, does it take up a lot of my time! It's 2nd shift so I still have mornings, but I also do my internship at Skylight two days a week in the morning..so sometimes I go from 9am to 11pm! I might cut that done to just one day a week if things get too stressful and tiring. They're actually dissapointing my right now..the person I intern under fired some people and claimed their titles. Business is business I guess, no matter what kind of company you run - theatre or not...
Anyway, back to my real job working at Foran....It. Is. Work. Haha. It's simple tasks depending on where they put you, but a lot of filling containers with spices, filling out paperwork and computer information, dealing with half the co-workers who don't speak english..yeah..it's a job alright. Once I get that first big paycheck it'll be worth it.
Also, I had joined the choir at church and got to sing on the platform today for morning services. It was really nice! A different perspective that's for sure! I didn't mention this before in my xanga entries, but I got baptised tonight too! That was a overwelhming experience! I was ready, and I'm glad I followed through with what God was telling me what to do. Gustavo was also very proud of me too =)
Oh, I must tell you all! Gustavo is taking me on a romantic date next Saturday night! We're going to a very nice reasturant called The Golden Mask which speicalizes in sea food! AHH! I love it! I've never been there, but Gustavo is such a sweetheart for knowing what I like and he is going to treat me too! I can't wait!
I have to rap this one up. I gotta get up early.. I always say I'm going to add more pictures on here! Maybe I'll get some after my date Saturday... but first I got to get through the icky week!!
